The best frozen yogurt place I’ve ever been to. The flavors are great and they don’t taste artificial like some of the other chains. Their staff is kind and attentive (strange for a self-service place, but appreciated all the same).

Normally we LOVE coming to this Menchi’s and visit often. However today was really a disappointment. Many of the flavors were not working, the staff didn’t greet us, the toppings area was dirty and unkept, and the floor was very sticky. Sadly we may think twice about coming back. Hopefully, things will improve and we can come back soon!
